Arrival & Consultation

Abhyanga & Yoga
★ Highlights: Massage, yoga Synchronised Abhyanga and morning yoga.

Shirodhara
★ Highlights: Oil-flow therapy Shirodhara and meditation by the Ganga.

Therapy & Rest
★ Highlights: Massage, herbal steam Therapeutic massage and herbal steam.

Rasayana & Review
★ Highlights: Rejuvenation Rejuvenative therapy and a closing review.
