Arrival & Consultation

Synchronised Abhyanga, herbal steam and morning yoga.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara therapy with meditation by the Ganga.

Therapy & Nature

Rasayana & Review

Rasayana therapy and a concluding wellness review.

Departure
