Day 1
Arrival & Orientation
Arrive, settle in and join an opening practice and aarti.
Day 2
Foundations
Asana alignment, pranayama and meditation.
Day 3
Building Practice
Hatha yoga, a yoga-philosophy talk and meditation.
Day 4
Flow & Strength
Dynamic flow practice and core work.
Day 5
Stillness
Meditation techniques and deep Yoga Nidra.
Day 6
Integration
Integrative practice and a sound-healing session.
Day 7
Reflection & Aarti
Morning practice, reflection circle and the Ganga aarti.
Day 8
Departure
A closing practice, then transfer for departure.

- ✓Accommodation for the entire retreat on twin / double-sharing basis at the yoga centre / resort.
- ✓All sattvic vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as per the program.

- ✓Airport / railway-station transfers on arrival and departure.
