Day 1
Arrival & Evening Yoga
Arrive, settle in, join a gentle yoga session and the Ganga aarti.
Day 2
Full Practice Day
Sunrise yoga, pranayama, guided meditation and a riverside walk.
Day 3
Morning Yoga & Departure
A morning practice and closing circle, then departure.

- ✓Accommodation for the entire retreat on twin / double-sharing basis at the yoga centre / resort.
- ✓All sattvic vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as per the program.
- ✓Daily guided yoga (asana), pranayama and meditation sessions
- ✓Use of the yoga hall, mats and props.
- ✓Airport / railway-station transfers on arrival and departure.

- ✗Air / train fare to and from the starting point.
