Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival & Orientation Rishikesh
Arrive, settle in and join an evening gentle yoga session and the Ganga aarti.
Day 2
Asana & Pranayama
Sunrise asana, pranayama and an evening meditation.
Day 3
Practice & Meditation
Hatha yoga, guided meditation and a riverside walk.
Day 4
Flow & Relaxation
Dynamic yoga flow and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
Day 5
Practice & Aarti
Morning practice, sound-healing meditation and the Ganga aarti.
Day 6
Closing & Departure
A closing practice and circle, then transfer for departure.
