Arrival & Consultation

Yoga & Abhyanga
★ Highlights: Practice, massage Morning yoga, pranayama and an Abhyanga massage.

Day 3
Therapy & Meditation
★ Highlights: Shirodhara, meditation Shirodhara and guided meditation.
◗ Overnight Stay: Rishikesh
Day 4
Detox & Yoga
★ Highlights: Cleansing, practice Gentle cleansing therapy and yoga.

Day 5
Therapy & Practice
★ Highlights: Massage, yoga Therapeutic massage and asana practice.

Day 6
Rasayana & Aarti
★ Highlights: Rejuvenation, aarti Rejuvenative therapy and the Ganga aarti.

Review & Plan
★ Highlights: Take-home routine Concluding review with a yoga and diet routine.
