Arrival & Evening Yoga
Highlights: Gentle yoga, aarti
Arrive, gentle yoga and the Ganga aarti at Parmarth Niketan.

Day 2
Practice & Temples
Highlights: Asana, Laxman Jhula
Morning yoga and a visit to Laxman Jhula and the ashrams.

Day 3
Meditation & River
Highlights: Meditation, riverside
Guided meditation and a calming riverside session.

Day 4
Practice & Aarti
Highlights: Yoga, aarti

- ✓Accommodation for the entire retreat on twin / double-sharing basis at the yoga centre / resort.
- ✓All sattvic vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as per the program.

- ✓Airport / railway-station transfers on arrival and departure.
